It depends on the size of the property and the services booked. Most standard photo shoots take 30-60 minutes, with additional time for video, aerial, or 3D tours.

Photos are usually delivered within 48 hours of the shoot. Video and 3D tours typically take 3–5 business days, depending on project size and editing needs.

All final photos and videos are delivered via Dropbox. You can easily download high-resolution files for print or web-optimized versions for MLS and social media.

You’re welcome to attend, but it’s not required as long as I have access to the property. Many clients provide an entry code or lockbox and I’ll handle everything from there.

If rain or poor lighting conditions are expected, I’ll reach out to reschedule at no extra charge. My goal is always to capture your property in the best light possible.

I accept Venmo, credit card, check or cash. Payment is due upon delivery of the final images unless prior arrangements have been made.
